HomeAid Northern California

Cheryl O'Connor is the Executive Director of HomeAid Northern California. After serving on the Board of Directors of HomeAid Northern California for over 4 years, Cheryl stepped into the leadership role as Executive Director of HomeAid Northern California in 2011. O'Connor served as Chief Executive Officer of the Building Industry Association (BIA) of the Bay Area and Regional Chairman of the BIA in 2008. Cheryl has thirty-five years of experience in marketing and selling new home communities in Northern California.  In her career, she has held senior level management positions with Summerhill Homes, Warmington Homes, Taylor Woodrow, Ponderosa Homes and The O'Brien Group. Cheryl is a green building and affordable housing advocate and is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a California Real Estate Broker's license.  She also serves on several Boards including HomeAid America and Eden Housing.
