BIABA PWB Presents #BUILDYou
March 8th thru March 12th
In celebration of International Women?s Day (IWD) and National Women In Construction Week, BIA-Bay Area PWB will be hosting short daily #BUILDYou sessions to start your day off with a new mindset.
Every morning from Monday, March 8th, to Thursday, March 11th, start your morning with a 5 minute enrichment exercise (breathing, meditation, stretching and laughter). We will then examine and discuss one workplace bias and strategies to overcome them. Biases around negotiating, leadership, and work-life balance.
On Friday, March 12th, we will end the week on a special celebratory note. Join us with your favorite morning beverage as we connect over what we learned during the week?s events. In addition, we will commit to challenge ourselves and others to address workplace biases. We would love to take a group photo and hope you'll be included!
