Adam Hieb has 20+ years of experience in homebuilding, currently as President of Meritage Homes, Northern California. Prior to joining Meritage Homes, he held leadership positions with Shea Homes and KB Home. Adam has served on several boards, including the North State BIA Foundation, HomeAid, and the BIA Bay Area, most recently serving as the 2022 Chair of the North State BIA. He attended George Fox University where he majored in US History and minored in Peace Studies. Adam earned his MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.
Adam, his wife Danielle, and their three daughters Ella, Zoe, and Berlin, live in El Dorado Hills. The girls keep them busy with school activities and more volleyball games than any family should legally be subjected to. As a family they love to travel, dine at Mikuni, and squeeze in a round of golf when time allows.
Over his career, Adam has developed a deep level of gratitude for the homebuilding industry. Being a part of an industry that creates shelter and spaces where lives are enriched is extremely rewarding. This industry is also a place where careers are formed, and while he has enjoyed his own development over the years, he now finds his greatest reward in the opportunity to positively influence the growth and advancement of others.
