Your talents are your naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior that directly impact the ways in which you get work done, create influence, build relationships, and make decisions.

Jessi is a leadership facilitator and coach, and the founder of Human Being Coaching She supports human-centered workplaces to develop emotionally intelligent leaders and teams. As a certified CliftonStrengths Coach and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, she is dedicated to helping people reach their full human potential and contribute in phenomenal ways at work and in life. Her motto is: Grow your people to grow your business! Jessi has lived in the Bay Area for 30 years - the last 20 of those in Alameda where she raised two kids. She and her husband are currently entering the 'empty-nester' or 'free-bird' stage and she is excited about all of the adventures to come!
