The Sales and Marketing Committee is proud to present a series of industry trends talks for 2021 starting with Design Trends and Home Buyer Preferences, moving to Sales and Marketing Trends, followed by Home Technology Trends and wrapping up with Homebuilding Industry Trends. In this series will not only talk about what is changing for the industry coming out of 2020 and the pandemic but also what us simply changing in response to consumer changes.
Trends Series Episode 1: Homebuyer Preferences and Design Trends for 2021: In this episode the results of NAHB?s annual survey of homebuyers will be presented along with design trends in floor plans, colors and materials, outdoor spaces, and elevations.
