Full details below.Join us for our annual golf tournament, as we return to Blackhawk Country Club. DETAILS & SCHEDULE as of 6/11.
These details are subject to change between now and our tournament as health orders are revised.- Driving range expected to be open, but only 16 people at one time.
- No lunch gathering, food will be give and go. Sponsored expected food available and snack bars will be open.
- Hole assignments will be provided in advance via email and/or via an app (i.e. Golf Genius).
- To minimize large gatherings, golfers will arrive at designated course (Lakeside or Falls) and arrival times will be staggered based on starting hole assignment.
- Upon arrival golfers will need to load immediately and head to their hole.
- Golfers are one per cart, unless they are within the same household.
- Scoring will be thru an app (i.e. Golf Genius); No paper scorecards. Results and winners will be finalized and displayed on the app.
- Raffle, mulligans and other cash transactions will be digital.
- Raffle will be awarded as participants depart
- Large gathering banquet after tournament NOT expected, due to social distancing.

at cost Raffle Prize SponsorSponsor is responsible for providing a prize, minimum value of $100. Sponsor receives podium time during the banquet for introduction and to award prize.
at cost Golfer Welcome Bag ContributionSponsor is responsible for providing an item for the each golfer's welcome bag. Approximately 250 golfers.
Items needed/suggested: hand sanitizer, tees, cold towels, can koozies, sun screen, golf balls.
at cost Golf Ball Launcher (2 Available)* - SOLD
You will have access to one ball launcher (along with staff guidance) to create an activity or game on a par five hole. Allow golfers to improve their tee shot and get on the green. $1,500 Liquor Holes (4 Available)*
Sponsorship allows you to provide liquor (all others vendors are beer/wine and non-alcoholic beverages only) to our attendees. No bartender required. May provide own alcohol or purchase from Blackhawk.
$1,000 Beverage Coolers (2 Available)
Five coolers throughout each course will have signage with your company logo and thank you. Beverages are included in the sponsorship.
Volunteers need to facilitate coolers.
$600 Food Hole (4 Available)*
Nothing is more popular than a hearty sandwich, taco or BBQ on the course. Sponsor is responsible to bring/cater their own fare. You may bring beer and other refreshments to the hole (no liquor).
$400 Exclusive Hole (Multiple)
Meet the golfers and provide some fun along the course as well as promote your company. Sponsor may bring beer/wine and other light refreshments (no liquor).
$400 Contest Hole*
Sponsor is responsible for providing a prize, minimum value of $100, unless otherwise specified. You may also bring food and beverage to the hole (no liquor, beer OK). Sponsor also receives podium time during the banquet for introduction and to award prize. Witnesses must be provided by sponsor for Hole in One and Putting Contest.- Men's Long Drive (2 available)
