Lisa Ballantyne, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Turner Construction Company
A Boston native who would earn a degree in civil engineering and work on her home town?s famous ?Big Dig,? Ms. Ballantyne manages construction projects valued at more than $850 million a year. She began her career as a project manager with Turner in 1988 and steadily moved up the ladder, including her most recent promotion to senior vice president for Turner?s Northern California division in 2018. She is also active in industry and philanthropic groups, including the Go Red For Women, a campaign to raise awareness among women about heart disease. She and her husband are raising their sons in Orinda.

Ruthie Bolton, Speaker, Author & Advocate
Ms. Bolton is an original franchise player for the Women?s National Basketball Association (WNBA) Monarchs in Sacramento. She is also a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, a USA Basketball Female of the Year, the Sports Illustrated Best Woman Athlete and one of only four players to be named to the Women?s Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2011. But she is much more than a top-ranked athlete. A motivational speaker, the Mighty Ruthie, as she is often called, founded an empowerment program for teen-aged girls and wrote From Pain To Power, her story of surviving and thriving after an abusive marriage.

Julian Guthrie, Speaker, Author & Journalist
Ms. Guthrie has written three books, including two national best sellers. Released in April, her latest book, Alpha Girls, shines a light on the women in Silicon Valley who bucked the system and found ways to thrive in the male-dominated venture capital world. Ms. Guthrie began her writing career as a 20-year journalist for the San Francisco Chronicle, where her award-winning reporting was nominated multiple times for the Pulitzer Prize. Today, Ms. Guthrie inspires women and girls through her role as a motivational speaker where she is often remembered for the provocative question she asks her audience members: ?What is your superpower??
