Zone 7 is scheduled to raise connection fees 1.3 percent starting Jan. 1, 2020, per the change in the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index. The proposed fee hike for a ⅝-inch meter is $370, from $29,070 to $29,440. The separate rate for Dougherty Valley will rise $350 per ⅝-inch meter from $27,900 to $28,250.
