Finding appropriate locations for trash enclosures, electrical transformers and ADA parking stalls may garner little attention during the entitlement phase but can become a major obstacle during the permitting and construction phase. Walnut Creek's monthly Development Services Forum set for Aug. 16, 2017, turns its attention to service infrastructure. All members of the development community are invited to join city staff to discuss strategies to address those "afterthoughts" that often drive up costs and delay project completion.
