In the first in a series of hearings leading up to the release of the city's draft updated transportation impact fee nexus study, the Walnut Creek Transportation Commission will consider a revised list of projects eligible for the inclusion in the traffic impact fee program. The new list contains projects totalling $77 million, of which $26.19 million are carryovers from the original fee program in 2008 or were added in subsequent years. The city is proposing to add $44.6 million in TIF-eligible projects including $15 million for bike/pedestrian path along Ygnacio Valley Road.
