Builders with projects in the City of Santa Clara may want to attend and provide comment at the next parks fee stakeholder/community meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 3:00PM at the Santa Clara Senior Center 1303 Fremont Street Rm 232. The City is proposing significant increases in parks in lieu fees across all product types and locations. An updated nexus study purportedly substantiating higher fees has been issued and a public comment period ends on February 26th in synchronization with the scheduled stakeholder/community meeting.
