The City of Santa Clara is studying the potential rise of application fees associated with the City’s review of development applications. During Stakeholder meetings in September, potential proposed fee increases associated with Planning, Building, Fire, Public Works, and Water & Sewer development applications were presented as well as examples of proposed project application costs. Sample fee increases include 150% on Architectural Review applications and 65% on PD Zoning applications.
