The San Jose Housing Department will be holding Zoom Webinar meetings for the development community on Wednesday, July 29 at 10:00 am and Friday, July 31 at 3:00 pm to review departmental work regarding the city’s Inclusionary Housing Ordinance. The issues to be reviewed include (1) incentive density for small projects, (2) extension of period of affordability and (3) innovative partnerships/minimum contributions for market-rate developers to off-site affordable developments.
