On October 18 the City of San Jose held an information meeting to provide a preliminary overview of proposed recommended updates to the city’s Inclusionary Ordinance. On November 5th the city council is scheduled to have a “Housing Study Session” where city staff and consultants will make presentations covering (1) Inclusionary Housing Ordinance Recommended Changes for Rental Housing (2) Cost of Residential Development Construction (3) Development Fee Framework Approach (4) Ellis Act Ordinance Changes.
