The Department of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement and the Department of Public Works are inviting you to a Virtual Community Webinar/Demonstration that will introduce you to the new Electronic Plan Review software called ProjectDox (PDox). PDox is scheduled to be rolled out by the end of August for five different Planning permits and most of Public Works permits, including major public utility permits.
This 2-hour instructor lead demonstration is designed to help familiarize the customers with their involvement in the e-Plan Review process.
This will present the benefits of the electronic plan submittal process for the customers as well as review how you will be notified of a task, how to accept and complete a task in addition to any specific standards required by the jurisdiction to allow for a more efficient transition to the e-Plan review process and understanding of its requirements for your role as the customer.
Please feel free to invite others within your organization that could be tasked with performing roles such as uploading plans for a project, resubmitting plans for a project, responding to comments from staff, and other similar functionalities.
