On Tuesday, November 5th the San Jose City Council will hold a marathon housing discussion, Agenda Item 4.2, by reviewing numerous “cost of development” studies by Keyser Marston and David Rosen & Associates. The Keyser Marston studies include: KMA Cost of Development Affordable Housing, KMA Cost of Development for For-sale Housing, KMA Cost of Development for Rental Housing and a David Rosen & Associates Multi-family Land Price Analysis.
