On Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 1:30pm – 4:00pm, the San Jose City Council will discuss the total cost of development in San Jose and how different fees and taxes impact the ability of development projects to move forward. The stated outcome is to provide the City Council with a greater understanding of the aggregate impact of all the fees that the City imposes on housing development and construction. Included on the agenda are reports from Keyser Marsten and a presentation by ULI on residential and mixed use economics.
