San Joaquin HCP Fee To Rise
The San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan development fee is scheduled to rise an overall 8.9 percent starting Jan.1, 2018. The increases are based on comparable land sales and changes in the Consumer Price Index. The plan administrators — the San Joaquin Council of Governments — conduct a fee analysis every five years.
