On Tuesday June 25, 2019, the San Benito County Board of Supervisors voted to send proposed affordable housing fees and associated policies back to the County Planning Commission for more deliberation. County Supervisors objected to Staff proposals to raise affordable housing in lieu fees to a high of $82,600 for each new single family building permit.
