PG&E reorganized its service planning and design leadership team effective June 1, 2018. To assist BIA|Bay Area members, the utility has provided an updated contact list and map. Click HERE to view and download the two-page document. The contact list and map will also be available on the RESOURCES tab of your BIA MemberZone page. PG&E compiled the list as a resource in the event that our members experience project delays or other challenges in the field that require additional assistance. Portions of the Bay Area are incorporated into multiple PG&E divisions, each with its own service planning manager. The attached list includes names, telephone numbers and email addresses for each of the division managers. The list also includes contact information for PG&E Bay Area Division Director Andrew Dashner. (PG&E's former liaison with BIA, Harsh Grover, has been reassigned to other duties.) PG&E encourages members to contact the appropriate individual on the service planning manager list if you feel you need to escalate an issue on a project.
