PG&E will host a “Customer Connects” demonstration webinar for BIA|Bay Area members from 10-11 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2017. The demo is one of the services to come out of the PG&E|BIA Joint Task Force, which has been meeting for the past two years to address the challenges the industry has been having related to receiving timely gas and electric services.
