The California Partnership for Advanced Windows (C-PAW) has announced a new Pacific, Gas & Electric incentive to encourage the use of thin triple pane windows with a U-factor and SHGC of 0.22 or lower. The California Energy Commission (CEC) co-founded C-PAW with the goal of developing more efficient windows that will reduce GHG emissions and help builders comply with 2019 regulations.
