• PG&E Clarifies ‘Proof of Claim’ Process

  • Companies that have received “Proof of Claim” forms related to PG&E’s bankruptcy do not need to file these documents in order to receive refunds on engineering advancements or payments from the MLX program, MLX refunds and reimbursements, engineering deposits, order cancellations and overpayments. These payments will be issued during the normal course of business and do not require processing through the bankruptcy court, according to PG&E Senior Business Analyst Ruta Patel. Companies and individuals requesting other types of payments, however, must submit Proof of Claims forms by 5 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2019. For questions, contact Patel at 925-328-5561 or r4p0@pge.com.
