• Oakley Drops Recommended Park Fee

  • Based on BIA|Bay Area and its members’ input during the past six weeks, Oakley’s revised park impact fee nexus study now reflects a recommended 8.8 percent decrease in the city's proposed fee for single and multi-family housing units. The previous version of the study called for a 15 percent increase in the fee. The Oakley City Council is scheduled to vote on the park fee adjustment along with a reduction in the traffic fee at a public hearing on April 25, 2017.
