The City of San Jose is updating its North San Jose Development Plan/Policy. The updated policy will fold the Phase I & Phase II into a new Phase A enabling 8,000 residential units (20% affordable) to be entitled/built along with an additional 7 million sq. ft. of industrial and phased transportation improvements.
