The Milpitas city council hold its second reading of an administration recommended substitution for a Zoning Administrator process vs. the continuation of a Planning Commission Subcommittee approval process for minor entitlement applications. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 20th at 7:00 pm at Milpitas City Hall, 455 E. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas. The approval of the staff recommendation would streamline the review process for minor entitlement applications, provide Zoning Administrator public hearings on a regular and more frequent basis to facilitate reducing processing times of minor entitlement applications.
