The Milpitas City Council will consider development services fee increases and other adjustments at the May 15, 2019 council meeting at the Barbara Lee Senior Center, 40 N. Milpitas Blvd., Milpitas, CA at 6:00 pm. The City has completed two studies by the Matrix Consulting Group and conducted substantial development community outreach that included several BIA residential builders. BIA is providing conditional support for the recommended fee increases based upon staff’s intention to seek Council approval to assign the additional revenues to improved timely execution of development services, both planning and building.
