Development impact fee increases are coming up on the May 20, 2019 Hollister City Council agenda. The City has commissioned a Nexus Study by Willdan Financial along with a Park Master Plan that will be on the same agenda. Fees will jump to over $20,000 single family and $18,000 on multifamily according to the Study and will cover a range of impact fees including detention facilities (jail/juvenile hall), libraries, park construction, storm drainage and water facilities and new fees for city hall/city yard.
