California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed 18 housing bills last week including SB 330 (Nancy Skinner, D-Berkeley), which will temporarily remove construction barriers and speed up the entitlement process. “We have a long ways to go on reforming our current housing situation but today marks a positive first step,” wrote CBIA President and CEO Dan Dunmoyer following the signing ceremony.
