The East Bay Regional Park District will host a community open house on Oct. 26, 2019, to share with the public its plans for the future Concord Hills Regional Park. Located on former Concord Naval Weapons Station property recently transferred to the park district, the event features walking tours to the site of the future visitor center and former weapons magazines which will be incorporated into the new regional park. The free open house will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the former Concord Naval Weapons Station on Bailey Road in Concord. Click HERE for more information and to register.
