• East Contra Costa HCP Seeks Public Member

  • The East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservancy seeks one public member to serve on its Public Advisory Committee, which provides input on the implementation of the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservation Plan / Natural Community Conservation Plan (HCP/NCCP or Plan) to the Conservancy’s Governing Board. The PAC is composed of members representing a variety of interest groups, including three members from the development community, three representatives from the conservation community, three private landowners and/or agriculturalists, three representatives of suburban or rural residents within the Plan area. BIA|Bay Area’s Lisa Vorderbrueggen sits on the PAC as a representative of the development community. There is currently an opening for one suburban or rural resident from the Plan Inventory Area.
