Developers and homebuilders working in East Contra Costa County are encouraged to participate in the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District’s community survey. Click HERE to link to the survey. The deadline is July 8, 2018. The district’s staff and elected board will use the survey results to help set the agency’s priorities as part of its strategic planning efforts later this year. As the district is very likely to consider development impact fees as a source of funds for future stations, it is critical that our industry speak up. Individual responses to this survey are confidential and are sent directly to Management Partners, a consultant hired to conduct the survey, consolidate and summarize the results. The ECCFPD encompasses 249 square miles with 114,000 residents in the communities of Oakley, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Knightsen and unincorporated eastern Contra Costa County.
