Steve Riter with McKinley Partners will present to the BIA|Bay Area East Bay Regional Policy Committee at its meeting on Nov. 29, 2017, details about One Lake, a 390-acre master planned community with 2,226 housing units in Fairfield. Located within the Fairfield Train Station Specific Plan along the Interstate 80 corridor, the developer plans to start grading and construction in the spring and expects to deliver finished lots to builders in late 2018.
