Dublin Unified School District impact fees on new residential development will drop from $11 per sq. ft. to $8.55 per sq. ft. under an updated study and fee resolution that will go to the district’s board on June 11, 2019. DUSD is eligible to charge Level II rates, which are purported to represent approximately half of the estimated costs to house the projected new students. The district collected $19.4 million in development fees between July 1, 2017, and June 30, 2018, according to its 2017-18 developer fees report.
