The Dublin San Ramon Services District will hold a public hearing on Dec. 4, 2018, on proposed updated local and regional wastewater capacity reserve fees that are 11 percent lower than existing rates for single-family residential units. Condominium and apartment fees are set at 66 percent and 75 percent, respectively, of the proposed single-family rate.If adopted, the reduced fees will be effective Jan. 1, 2019.
