• DSRSD Annual Rate Adjustments Set To Go Into Effect

  • The Dublin San Ramon Service District’s annually adjusted local and regional capacity reserve or connection fees will go into effect on July 1, 2020. The rates are adjusted yearly based on the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index. Under the updated fee schedule, local capacity reserve fees for single-family units will rise 3.9 percent from $2,162 to $2,247 or $85 per unit. The regional capacity fee for single-family units will increase 2 percent from $13,371 to $13,659, or $288 per unit. Click HERE to download the fee notice and view the full rate schedule.
