• Cupertino Affordable Housing Impact Fees

  • On Thursday, April 9, 2015 the Cupertino Housing Commission will consider modifications to existing housing mitigation fees. In May 2014, the City Council authorized a nexus study update project to modify existing housing mitigation fees for residential and non-residential (office, retail, hotel, research and development (R&D) and industrial) development. That study, conducted by Kaiser Marsten, is now completed and is scheduled for review and recommendation by the Housing Commission meeting on April 9th at 9:00 a.m. in the EOC Conference Room, Cupertino City Hall (10300 Torre Ave). After the Housing Commission hearing, the City Council will take up the issue, tentatively scheduled for the Tuesday, May 5th Cupertino City Council meeting.
