The Brentwood Public Works Department is proposing updates to the city’s slate of seven development fees that will result in an overall 2.6 percent increase. The Brentwood City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the adjustments on Nov. 14, 2017. The city last updated the fee program in 2015 after the adoption of the city’s 2014 General Plan. The current update will reflect the 2017 water and wastewater master plans, necessary infrastructure, current construction costs and remaining development units, both residential and non-residential.
