BIA|Bay Area remains at the negotiating table with other key stakeholders and elected officials working to craft a Contra Costa County 25-year $2.3 billion half-cent sales tax measure that could appear on the November 2016 ballot. The Contra Costa Transportation Authority recently released a draft expenditure plan based on early talks but expects to make considerable revisions before the final proposed measure goes to the Board of Supervisors and the county’s 19 cities for ratification later this year.
