Ms. Dry has been in the top 50 nominated for ?Executive of the Year? by the Los Angeles Business Journal every year since 2010. She is a consistent producer for the Northwestern Mutual in Long Term Care as well as leading in Core Coalition and Term Conversion sales every year she?s been with the company. She was named ?Financial Representative of the Year? in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015, 2018 and 2019 and became the district office?s ?Life Specialist? in early 2010 and promoted to Director of Estate & Business Planning Specialist in 2016. Some of Karen?s previous accolades include ?Top 50 Women in Business? by the Pacific Business Times in November 2006 with a personal legislature accommodation by California Assembly-woman, Audra Strickland.

Belonging to over 12 associations, Karen considers her involvement with associations a key part of her success as a leader in the community. She is a public speaker, having authored and created over 30 seminars that promote leadership development. She resides in Woodland Hills and has three children.
