The SMC -Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) strives to provide a forum for sales, marketing, and related business professionals to exchange ideas, network, develop professional skills, and celebrate successes within the homebuilding industry. Each year, SMC produces and hosts two key events Marketing and Merchandise Excellence (MAME) Awards, to recognize the outstanding work of our BIA Bay Area homebuilding members, and an Annual Cornhole Tournament, an industry member networking event. In addition, the SMC provides educational programs, workshops, networking opportunities and special events to stay on the cutting edge of success. |
