2023 BIA|Bay Area Joint East-South Bay Regional Policy Committee - June 14
Campaign finance attorneys Thomas Hiltachk and Ashlee Titus will help members navigate new campaign finance rules in the wake of SB 1439, which severely restricts contribution amounts to local candidates starting this year. In addition, land use attorney Clark Morrison will provide information about a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision to lift certain regulatory rules around wetlands.
