At BIA's final RPC meeting of the year, CBIA's P. Anthony Thomas and Nick Cammarota will provide a high level recap of the housing bills that were signed into law this year followed by a look ahead with BIA|Bay Area staff at the key East Bay local races in the 2024 election along with an overview of a planned Bay Areawide $10 billion to $20 billion general obligation affordable housing bond measure for the November 2024 election.
