Garrett Hinds Vice President of Architecture and Design Trumark Homes At Trumark Homes, Garrett is responsible for community and neighborhood planning, placemaking, home programming, floor plans, elevations, park design, landscape architecture, and model complex and interior design coordination. Recent notable master plan communities include Wallis Ranch (Dublin), The Collective (Manteca), Glass Bay and Compass Bay (Newark) and Rancho Miramonte (Chino). Recent infill neighborhoods include Harmony (Sunnyvale, CA), SP78 (San Jose) and Perch (Dublin). Prior to joining Trumark in 2000, Garrett spent over 10 years with various design and planning groups including Disney Imagineering, EDAW and Dahlin Group. |

Deana Vidal Manager of Design Trends New Home Trends Institute John Burns Real Estate Consulting Deana has a rich history of research, development, and consumer insights and utilizes her architecture education and experience to bring innovative solutions to the forefront of home design. She has worked with small businesses and startups around the world, developing consumer profiles and research strategies to understand consumer needs better. Deana was the 2020 Associate of the Year for BIA Bay Area and is currently serving as the founder and Chair of the BIA Bay Area Young Professionals. She also served on the BIA Board of Directors and Education committee and was the 2020 PWB Communication Chairs. |
