The City of Santa Clara held its second El Camino Advisory Committee meeting to review and discuss the redevelopment along the El Camino Real in the City of Santa Clara. The issues of neighborhood transition, land use alternatives, transportation and streetscape alternatives were discussed by the neighborhood, environmental, local business and real estate CAC representatives. Rami Associates provided an power point presentation of various alternatives for CAC members to review and comment on. The next steps include Rami Associates conducting community meetings followed by a future CAC meeting prior to presentation to the City Planning Commission and City Council.
