Despite adopting a 2017 development services fee regime in July, the City of Morgan Hill will raise them a second time this year if a new cost recovery fee study is adopted by the City Council. The new study boosts fee levels by anywhere from 30%-90% based on a study conducted this summer that shows builders need to pay more for the services it receives from the City to process their applications. The study, based a full cost recovery approach, is scheduled to be considered by the Morgan Hill City Council at its September 27th meeting. To view a copy of fee study results click here.
