• Livermore Set to Adopt Isabel Station Plan

  • The Livermore Planning Commission will make its recommendation Tuesday on the final Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan, a document that will govern the development of an 1,100-acre property adjacent to the planned new BART station in the Interstate 580 median east of Isabel Avenue. The plan envisions up to 4,095 new multi-family housing units along with 2.1 million sq. ft. of commercial and other uses, parks and trails. The Planning Commission is scheduled to hold its public hearing and make its recommendation on May 1, 2018, followed by a City Council hearing and vote on May 14, 2018.
