The City of Hayward is considering potential amendments to the City's Affordable Housing (Inclusionary Zoning) Ordinance. As part of this effort the City has retained Keyser Marston and Associates to update a 2014 Nexus Study.
The City is holding a stakeholder meeting to "review, discuss, and provide input" on Thursday, September 21, 2017, from 2 pm to 3:30 pm at Hayward City Hall in Room 2A. BIA Bay Area will attend the stakeholder meeting. According to the City, as yet there are no public review documents available and Keyser Marston will provide a presentation at the stakeholder meeting after which a public review draft will be released.
