The Dublin City Council is expected to finalize reductions in the city's public facilities and fire impact fees at its meeting on Aug. 15, 2017. Based on findings in updated nexus studies and other demographic factors as reported in BIA's Weekly Report in May, the total public facility and fire impact fees for a single-family home or townhouse, for example, are proposed to drop $2,317 per unit from $27,461 to $25,144.
