• Dublin School Fee To Decline Slightly

  • The Dublin Unified School District’s 2018 impact fee study will result in a small drop — 20 cents per sq. ft. — in the rate charged to residential developers starting in mid-June. The reduction may do little ease the financial hit. DUSD will still levy one of the highest fees in the region. The 2018 School Facilities Needs Analysis (SFNA) released in May concludes that the district’s Level II fee for the next year will be $11 per sq. ft., down from its current $11.20 per sq. ft. The DUSD School Board is scheduled to adopt the new fee schedule on June 12, 2018, which will go into effect immediately.
